Pirita TOP SPA Hotell is a spa hotel located right on the seaside, a mere 10 minutes from downtown Tallinn, which offers a choice of health, beauty and wellness services and packages. The hotel with the unique architecture is a part of the Olympic Yachting centre, built in 1980 for the Olympic Games. The building of the hotel is under the protection of the National Heritage Board as an architectural treasure and was awarded with the special prize on the biennale of the International Union of Architects (UIA) in 1983. The hotel was renovated in 1999 and in 2002–2003.
